Infrastructure that doesn't wake you at 3am.
We design and operate your application infrastructure so it's neither the best nor the cheapest — it's the right one. Cloudflare, AWS, or on-premise based on what the project actually needs, not on what's trending on developer Twitter.
Three rules we always apply.
Predictable cost
Your cloud bill shouldn't surprise you. We set up spend alerts, per-service budgets, and monthly cost-per-active-user review. If something grows faster than your business, we tell you before the bank does.
No artificial lock-in
Where possible, we use standard services (Postgres, S3-compatible, containers) rather than proprietary ones. Costs marginal in performance, saves months of pain if you decide to change providers.
Tested disaster recovery
Automated backups don't help if you've never tested restoring them. We run recovery drills quarterly. We document what happens in each failure scenario and how long it takes to resolve.
Tools and practices.
GitHub Actions for most cases. Visible pipelines, no black boxes.
Cloudflare Pages for sites and applications.
Cloudflare Workers for edge logic, ECS Fargate when stateful is required, EC2 only when warranted.
RDS, Supabase, or Neon depending on the case.
Cloudflare R2 (free egress) for most, S3 when the AWS ecosystem justifies it.
Sentry (errors), PostHog (product), Better Stack (uptime and logs). OpenTelemetry for tracing when the client demands it.
Terraform or Pulumi. Zero infrastructure clicked in the console without documentation.
Got an AWS bill you don't understand?
It's probably our most common case. The first call includes a free cost audit. If we find obvious optimizations, we tell you even if you don't hire us.
